人口構成という変わりにくい事実A demographic fact that does not move quickly
インドネシアの人口は約2億8,500万人で、世界第4位です。年齢の中央値は30歳台前半で、約49歳の日本とは対照的です（国連World Population Prospects 2024年版、2025年推計）。若い働き手が継続的に労働市場に入ってくる国は、アジアでも限られています。 Indonesia has a population of roughly 285 million, the fourth largest in the world, and a median age in its early thirties, against Japan's roughly 49 (UN World Population Prospects 2024 revision, 2025 estimate). Few countries in Asia still have young workers entering the labour market in these numbers, year after year.

What we can say is factual. Indonesia has a Memorandum of Cooperation with Japan for the Specified Skilled Worker programme, so the sending framework is in place. And it is the country where our own network is deepest.
P3MIとLPKは別のものですP3MI and LPK are not the same thing
ここを取り違えている情報が少なくありません。インドネシアから特定技能人材を送り出せるのは、P3MIの許可を持つ事業者だけです。 A surprising amount of published information gets this wrong. Only a licensed P3MI may send Specified Skilled Workers from Indonesia.
P3MI（送出し機関）P3MI: the licensed sending agency
Perusahaan Penempatan Pekerja Migran Indonesia。インドネシア政府の許可を受けた民間の人材送出し事業者で、海外への送出しを行えるのはこの許可を持つ事業者に限られます。日本の受入れ企業が関係を持つ相手は、最終的にここです。 Perusahaan Penempatan Pekerja Migran Indonesia: a private placement company licensed by the Indonesian government. Only a licensed P3MI may place workers overseas. This is ultimately the counterparty in any compliant hire.
LPK（訓練機関）LPK: the training institution
Lembaga Pelatihan Kerja。日本語や技能の教育訓練を行う機関です。優れたLPKは良い人材を育てますが、LPK単独では送出しはできません。LPKだけを相手にしている案件は、この点を確認する必要があります。 Lembaga Pelatihan Kerja: a vocational and language training institution. Good LPKs produce good candidates, but an LPK cannot send workers by itself. If a proposal involves only an LPK, that is a point to check carefully.
SISKOP2MIへの登録Registration on SISKOP2MI
インドネシアからの労働者の送出しは、政府のオンラインシステムSISKOP2MIを通じて登録・管理されます。求人（ジョブオーダー）、送出し機関、労働者のいずれもシステム上で処理され、記録が残ります。この手続きを省略した人材の送出しは、インドネシア側の法令に反します。 Placement of Indonesian workers abroad is registered and administered through the government's online system, SISKOP2MI. The job order, the sending agency and the worker are all processed and recorded in it. A placement that skips this is not lawful on the Indonesian side.
受入れ企業の立場では、これは「面倒な手続き」ではなく、後で問題が起きないための仕組みです。私たちは、この手続きを正しく踏んだ経路以外での送出しを扱いません。 From an employer's point of view this is not red tape. It is the assurance that nothing unravels later. We do not work through any route that has not gone through it properly.
MOCについての正確な理解What an MOC does and does not mean
日本は特定技能について、インドネシアを含む複数国と二国間協力覚書（MOC）を締結しています。ただし、MOCの締結は特定技能で就労するための法的要件ではありません。MOCを締結していない国の国籍者でも、特定技能の在留資格を得ることがあります。MOCは、送出しの枠組みが整備されていることを意味するものであり、「この国からしか採用できない」という意味ではありません。 Japan has concluded Memoranda of Cooperation on the Specified Skilled Worker programme with a number of countries, Indonesia among them. But an MOC is not a legal precondition for working under the programme. Nationals of countries without one do obtain the status. An MOC means a formal sending framework exists; it does not mean these are the only countries you can hire from.
相談は本人の言語でConsultation in the worker's own language
義務的支援では、相談や苦情への対応を「本人が十分に理解できる言語」で行うことが求められます。当社の登録支援機関登録簿に記載されている対応言語は次の6言語です。 The mandatory support programme requires that consultation and complaints be handled in a language the worker fully understands. These are the six languages recorded on our register entry.
